i found the ground floor room ideal and the quality of the room was good, a small sanctuary it was. breakfast was also included, a gentle start to each day. the location was perfect for me, it shortened my travel time considerably. i enjoyed having this room.
the hallway had a slight unpleasant smell, not too bothersome, but noticeable.

The hotel staff were friendly. They accommodated our requests with a smile. The breakfast included in the room cost was good. It provided a decent start to each day of our stay.
The room was quite basic, and I think it's overpriced for what it offers. The location isn't ideal, especially without a car. The food options at the hotel were limited . This made dining inconvenient.

the staff was super friendly. the room was super clean. i saw beautiful communal areas. i enjoyed quick access to the motorway. it was a convenient location. the value for money was great. the room was warm. the en suite was perfect. it worked well for my overnight business visit.
the rooms need new furniture, but it was a great stay overall.
